low.schedule.phase¶
Begins the next phase of the innermost native scheduling scope. schedule(phased) functions and kernels provide an implicit scope whose first phase starts at entry. Independent scopes may interleave. Empty phases are valid. Values retain their ordinary SSA scope. This orders emitted instructions and has no runtime completion, memory visibility, or synchronization effect.
