Opaque descriptor grouping AMDGPU tensor-memory dgroups for one global/LDS tensor transfer. The descriptor contains the low-level dgroup values; the consuming async op still carries the source and destination views so layout, extent, and memory-space facts remain visible to Loom analyses.
