Optional caller-selected SPIR-V profile.

Selection checks its enabled features, resource limits, fixed subgroup size, and cooperative operation rows against the device, retaining this exact profile on success. Device features are never added implicitly. Unknown or false optional features do not require their absence on the device. Ordinary source entry-ABI and executable-loader validation still applies to compiled artifacts.
